Because our collections are curated with exceptional attention to detail, we do not offer refunds. However, we are pleased to provide exchanges or alteration services within our London Studio, should your item not be the perfect fit or meet your expectations upon arrival.

To ensure a seamless and thoughtful exchange process, we kindly ask that:

• Items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange requests are initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
